Comfortable clothing such as shorts, tights, sweatpants and T-shirts are recommended for climbing in the
New River Gorge
and Summersville Lake areas.
Wear light hiking shoes or tennis shoes for the approach to the climbing areas. During the spring and fall the weather may be chilly, bring a light jacket or sweater.
A light rain shell is also recommended for climbing throughout the year in the New River Gorge.

We supply all the gear needed for climbing and rappelling in the New River Gorge:
such as shoes, harness, rope, guide, etc. However you must supply your own water, camera and personal items. For our
Summersville Lake pontoon boat trip a swimsuit, towel, and lotion are a must.

We have special rates for church groups, schools, scouts, and large family groups who want to climb in the New River Gorge. Full or half day courses are ideal for groups and require no previous climbing or rappelling experience. Minimum age for all trips is 6 years old.
